We offer two ways of accessing this program, one-to-one coaching or a group workshop.
One-to-one Coaching
Our one-to-one coaching includes all of the tools and topics available in the workshop and more. It allows us to tailor the program to the individuals needs. It fulfills four roles.
- Many sports people, especially those at the top of their game, require some anonymity and will often want to keep the secrets of their success to themselves.
- Those who have attended the workshop and have mastered what has been shown them often want to go on to higher things.
- Those who have attended the workshop and who wish to progress faster than they can on their own.
- In one-to-one coaching we can tailor the work to very specifically down to what a particular client or sport needs.
Group Workshop
The workshop is held over one day in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere and is a combination of relaxing mental exercises and useful techniques that can be used to transform and enhance any area of your sporting performance.
The content of the workshopis a series of simple guided relaxing mental exercises that you are encouraged to practice on a regular basis.
Every part of the workshopis explained in great detail before it is encountered as to why and what it is being done. There are no surprises.
No qualifications are required and no prior knowledge of the subject is necessary. An open mind and the desire to improve are all that is required.
Our venues are relaxing and secluded and appropriate for the subject at hand. Our objective, above all, is that your time with us should be an enlightening, enjoyable and productive experience.
The maximum number of participants for each workshop is twelve. This ensures that everyone gets adequate time to absorb the material and have their questions answered.
Our workshop is designed to give you the tools you need to improve your performance without a need for further study, although private practice is required.
